This is the Saigon River in Vietnam's largest City, Ho Chi Minh City. There are 2 parallel bridges over the Saigon River (The name is the Binh Loi bridge), one for road traffic, one for railway traffic. One fine Sunday afternoon (April 11, 2021) I was on this bridge and filmed the ships going back and forth in the river and the trains crossing the bridge from 15:00 to 17:30.
